Our latest trick

As I Am Not pointed out in a recent comment, our cabinet doors are often wide open these days. It seems Miss Emma has rediscovered the joy of cabinets. Emptying them is so much fun, but apparently it is even more fun to crawl inside and close the door behind you. Therefore, this serves as official documentation that Emma enjoys doing this, and any resulting emotional damage can't be blamed on the mother.

First, the coffee pot comes out.

Then the feet go in.

Does God have a sense of humor, or what? Especially on those 'trying days', every mom dreams that her children will be blessed with a child that acts " JUST LIKE THEM!" What a little nut, just like her mommy, and from what I hear, her daddy...double whammy! Of course, as her gram, I think she's resourceful, very coordinated and just plain precious.

Hey- we have the same cabinets WITHOUT handles which makes it hard to lock... I seriously have been thinking about putting handles on our cabinets to keep Gray out (he's not so cute when he's doing it- drives me crazy!)... Your gal is a cutie!

I can't believe she only has to take out a coffee pot to fit it there...my kids have to take out about 30 things just to get one foot in! :) So cute!

LOVE it!!! She is a smart little girl:) And we all know where she is going to hide when you teach her hide n seek or when she's naughty and about to be caught! Now the important question - do you really not drink coffee often enough to keep the coffee maker on the counter? What???!

Wow!

She's creative!

And she's so nice and gentle with the coffee maker... she sets it up so nicely on the floor, making sure it doesn't knock over and all the "guts" come out of it. Cute! I think the 30-cupper just outside the cabinet door gives her hiding place away, though! LOL :-)
