I Had to Share...

Whoever said that college kids are self-centered hasn't met my brother Johnny and his girlfriend Stefanie. These two have been in love with Emma since the first day she was born and have stopped at nothing to show her (and me!) just how much they care. Between EXTREMELY generous gifts and visits every time they possibly could manage it, these two are absolutely amazing.

Now, this is not to say that other aunties, uncles, and grandparents haven't been just as amazing, because they have been. We are more than blessed with how much love this little girl receives on a daily basis...

However, this post is devoted to Johnny and Stef because this time they out-did themselves. While visiting for THEIR college graduation, they gave me the most precious Mother's Day gift. In the midst of finals, packing, and everything else they needed to before graduating, they put together the sweetest video slideshow of our little Emma. Hopefully you are all able to view it okay. It is truly one of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever received. Enjoy -- and get out the Kleenex!

hey I couldn't see it. The video wouldn't finish loading, can you post/email the direct link? It could be my PC, it's been acting screwy!

I can't wait to see it, sounds very sweet. And what a thoughtful idea indeed!

I started crying before even launching the video. How very sweet. And what a great picture to end it with. Delurking to post this comment, btw. Linked over from Mamac-ta. You have an adorable baby.

Please forgive the 'bustin buttons' ramblings of this mom/grandma. I am so very proud of ALL my kids. Their love for each other & our newest precious addition makes my heart overflow. I thank God each & every day for them.

I've tried to see this video several times, but just now have been able to get it to work.
Now that I've dried my eyes, and taken my heart out of my throat I can send the following off to you.
"Our" Emma has added so much joy and laughter into our families life. She is such a percious little personality all of her own.
Lisa and Jeff, you have done a wonderful job raising her these first few months. As a grandparent, I am so thankful that I can call each of you my own.
